Orchard Farm cottages are set around an attractive garden courtyard with private parking to the rear, separate from the touring park. All tariffs include VAT and use of the indoor heated pool and course fishing lake. Bed linen – duvets, sheets and pillowcases are provided (except for cots), towels and tea towels are provided if requested.

All cottages are enhanced with full central heating and complemented with open fires. Coal free, electricity and central heating – coin-op meters.

Hire periods from Saturday 4.00pm until Saturday 10.30am.

A deposit of £50 per cottage per week booked, balance is due 28 days prior to holiday arrival unless by previous arrangement.

Pets are welcome.

You may book a cottage by telephone, which is temporarily reserved for three days in which time you must return your booking form and deposit.

There is £30 breakages deposit, which is returned to you upon leaving the cottage in good order.

There is holiday cancellation insurance which is recomended to cover against holiday cancellation due to illness/accident. For further details see below.

You may insure against cancellation for £35 per week per cottage which covers against the full balance outstanding of holiday. The amount paid for key is returnable is returnable and we will do our utmost to re-let the cottage and the deposit will be returned less 15% handling charge on deposit amount. If we are not successful in re-letting, the deposit is non-returnable. Cancellation insurance only returnable up to 14 days prior to holiday booking.
